Rental Villas

If you are an owner of a rental villa don't forget that the HOA offers a page to showcase your villa. You can add your villa for just £35 per year. You will receive a listing on the rental page and you will be added to the general enquiry email list.

We would also encourage rental owners who have excess bookings to pass on the enquires to other Manors owners via the general enquiry page. The more we can help each other better it is for the owners and community.

Owners Mailing List

To help with communication we have added a mailing list feature to the website. This is only meant for owners and will be used when there is an update to the site or some other Manors News. However it is NOT a replacement for the Manors Census which is the OFFICIAL owner information database and will be used as first point of contact for official business. So please complete the Manors Census and sign up for the Latest News mailing list.

Manors Census - Very Very Important

It is difficult sometimes to contact the home owners as we don't have all their latest contact details due to villas changing ownership and owners changing their contact details. Therefore if your details have changed in the last year (2009) or you have never completed the form please take a few minutes to complete the latest contact information form so that we can update our records. It is especially important if the home has been sold or bought recently.

If you know other owners on the Manors why not prompt them to do the same as it will help us all.
