Every so often there will be events for owners and residents, or the club house maybe booked for a private function (please contact us for details), these will be listed below. The AGM's and important meeting dates will also be listed here so be sure to check back regularly as this is the best place to find out all the dates.

Why not arrange your own meet up at the clubhouse? I'm sure that there are several owners at their villas at the same time, so submit a request and let's get together. Or maybe you are having a garage sale, let us know and we will put up the dates on here.

You can also put up a note in the clubhouse notice board. It has a special section for community events. Please do not use it for other advertising though.

If your request is not responded to within a week then contact us via e-mail and we will put your meet up on the site.

Please note you MUST make a request before using the clubhouse for a meet and must NEVER give out the gate code. The HOA reserve all rights.

For More Information: The gate code will be changed and you will receive the new code in the post. If you do not have up to date details with MFPP then you may not receive the new code. There please make sure you have updated your contact information using the form at the bottom of this page. The old code will remain until 1st May after which time it will be invalid and you will not be able to get in. Please advise your guests, management companies and all interested parties.

For More Information: This will be an informal meeting to discuss the Manors at Westridge, what's been going on behind the scenes and what is planned for the future. We would encourage as many owners to attend as possible and join in with the proceedings. However if you can not attend then please send us any questions you may have via the contact form. It would also be useful to let the president know if you are attending and how many people there will be so that the seating can be arranged.
