Below is an out line of the instructions of how you can add your villa for sale.

Villas For Sale
The Manors at Westridge HOA website has done well in some website search engines. It is therefore in a good position to provide internet surfers who are not owners yet but looking for a villa to invest in.

We have created a villa for sale section to fulfill this requirement. It will contain a static list of all the subscribed villas available to purchase, including, two pictures, a heading, small piece of text, some basic info, an e-mail link to the owners and and website link to the owners website.

Please note there is a one off charge of £55.00 to add your villa.

How do I add my villa

To add your villa to the website is simple:

1. 1. Send an e-mail to info@floridavillanetwork.com with the following information

   1. a. Your Name

   2. b. Your Villa Address

   3. c. The heading you want to go into the advert e.g. Smith Florida Villa

   4. d. Text you want to go into the advert (limited to a few lines only, if it is too long it will be rejected and you will be asked to re-submit)

   5. e. 2 pictures, one front and one back, plus five further pictures of your choice. If required we will adjust the picture for best result on the page.

   6. f. Number of bedrooms

   7. g. Number of bathrooms

   8. h. Sleeps Maximum number of people

   9. i. Year built

   10. j. Licensed for short term rental. Yes/No

   11. k. Square Feet

   12. l. Furnished. Yes/No

   13. m. Your e-mail address

   14. n. Your website address

   15. o. The payment method for the advert

3. 2. Choose a payment method

4. a. Via GBP Cheque, not available for other currencies (if you choose this method you will be sent a further e-mail of payment details)

5. b. Via Pay Pal

   1. i) One off payment

   3. Payments will be shown as 360 Media Studio Ltd

1. 3. The board will then check you are the owner and approve inclusion

2. Please note that the order of the site will be on a first come first served basis.

4. 4. Your details will then be added to the site.

6. 5. Please tell us when you have sold your property so that we can remove it.

7. We will automatically check with you after six months.
