To assist the rental side of our community the board of directors have added a small villa rental section to the website. We have also created a booking referral section. The aim of these additions is to promote the villas rental side of the community, enable sharing of excess bookings and to try and keep existing and potential guests coming to the Manors at Westridge.

Below is an out line of the services and instructions on how you can join in.

Excess Rentals
In the 2006 UK meeting some owners agreed to provide their e-mail address to the board so that we can create a referral system. At present the system has been set up using your preferred e-mail package, just click on the 'Booking Referral' button on the left hand navigation bar and it will pop up your e-mail (e.g. Outlook) and you will be able to send an e-mail to other signed up owners requesting availability.

We realise that different owners do things in different ways and therefore we do not take any responsibility in the booking process, we are just providing a means of communication to other owners. A common practice is to provide a referral fee if the booking is successful, however once again we make no suggested price or get involved, if you want to charge a referral, some people don't, then you will have to put it into the info you provide.

Obviously this is an honesty based system and any abuse of it will result in the owner being taken out of the e-mail group.

So please make full use of this facility and let's start to share bookings and keep potential guests at the Manors at Westridge.

Rental Villa Section
The Manors at Westridge HOA website has done well in some website search engines. It is therefore in a good position to provide internet surfers who are not owners but looking for a rental villa the opportunity to find one.

We have created a villa rental section to fulfill this requirement. It will contain a static list of all the subscribed villas available to rent, including, two pictures, a heading, small piece of text, some basic info, an e-mail link to the owners and and website link to the owners website. Having spoken to several owners we have ascertained that this is a step in the right direction and will gain valuable exposure for the community and the owners.

Please note there is a small annual charge of £35.00 to join this service.

How do I join

To add your villa to the website is simple:

1. 1. Send an e-mail to info@floridavillanetwork.com with the following information

   1. a. Your Name

   2. b. Your Villa Address

   3. c. The heading you want to go into the advert e.g. Smith Florida Villa

   4. d. Text you want to go into the advert (limited to a few lines only, if it is too long it will be rejected and you will be asked to re-submit)

   5. e. 2 pictures, one front and one back, this makes it fair to all owners. If required we will adjust the picture for best result on the page.

   6. f. Number of bedrooms

   7. g. Number of bathrooms

   8. h. Sleeps Maximum number of people

   9. i. Your e-mail address

   10. j. Your website address

   11. k. The payment method for the advert

3. 2. Choose a payment method

4. a. Via GBP Cheque, not available for other currencies (if you choose this method you will be sent a further e-mail of payment details)

5. b. Via Pay Pal

   1. i) One off payment

   3. Payments will be shown as 360 Media Studio Ltd

       

      ii) Annual subscription payment (recommended)

2. 3. The board will then check you are the owner and approve inclusion

3. Please note that the order of the site will be on a first come first served basis. If annual payment is not received by due date you will drop off the list and then have to re-join.
